Privacy Policy
Short version: one session cookie, no tracking, no data selling.
1. What we collect
Your account email, display name, hashed password and avatar; purchase history, wallet balance and tokens; support tickets and site notifications. That is all — we never ask for real names, addresses or phone numbers.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (lava.top). The provider receives your email address and payment details to complete the transaction; we receive only the payment confirmation and amount. We never see or store your card data.
3. Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami): aggregated, anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, referrers and countries. There are no advertising networks, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles — and your analytics data is never sold or shared with anyone.
4. Cookies
VoxelWave uses exactly one cookie — the session cookie (vw_session) required for signing in. It lives for 30 days. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you will not see consent pop-ups on this site.
5. Emails
We send emails necessary for the service: email verification, purchase receipts, security codes and subscription notifications. Every category can be disabled in Profile → Settings, except transactional security emails.
6. Download history
We record which account downloaded which asset and when. This is used for customer support and to investigate file leaks, as described in our Terms of Use.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@voxelwave.art. Financial records may be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after account deletion.
8. Children
VoxelWave is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it.
9. Data retention
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, except records we are legally required to keep.
